This program is public domain (freeware). The authors, John Philo, Thomas Laue, and David Hayes, ask only that you cite it properly when publishing your results.

Although this program requires no registration, you are encouraged to e-mail John Philo (jphilo@mailway.com) and tell him you are using it so he can inform about future updates.

Installation will include the starting databases if needed, but will not overwrite pre-existing databases.
